[GM] Game Master Rules Empty

Game Master's Rules:
1. GM's are not allowed to join or create any new guilds except "SabarreStaff" .
2. GM's are not allowed to join PK or PVP (unless a player invited him/her), Guild Wars.
3. GM's are not allowed to give any free items/ALZ to players unless there is an event.
4. GM's are not allowed to help players in leveling, killing bosses/mobs, doing dungeons, etc. !
5. GM's are not allowed to accept or add buddy from normal players ! They can add Staff members only.
6. GM's must post ban details in "Banned Accounts" section after banning an account !
